ANTHONY KOHNLE , President of Kohnle Appriasal Services, is a State Certified Residential Appriaser. Mr. Kohnle is a Graduate of the Ohio State University, with a B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the Fisher College of Business. In addition, he continually updates his knowledge through continuing education courses from the Appraisal Institute and other real estate educators, on topics which include Market Capitalization, Condemnation Appraising and USPAP.
Mr. Kohnle established Kohnle Appraisal Services in 2001. His prior experience includes positions as Branch Manager for a regional appraisal company, and as an investor personally involved in the buying and rehabbing of residential investment properties. Mr. Kohnle has appraised or reviewed thousands of residential properties throughout Northeast Ohio. In addition, he is recognized as an authority on Complex Residential Properties and has testified as an Expert Witness.
