FEES-COMPLEX Our significant experience with Complex Properties allows us to provide good quality analyses, with very competitive pricing. However, due to the differing time requirements and limited standardization of lender requirements these are quoted on an individual basis. OUR POLICY REGARDING COMP SEARCHES While we understand and appreciate some loan originators' desire to have an "up front" idea of a home's value, according to State Law, a Comp Search is a form of Limited Scope Appraisal and requires supporting documentation and record keeping, just like other appraisal services. It is for this reason, as well as other issues regarding the use and misuse of such appraisal products, that we must charge a fee for this service. Prices vary, based on the degree of detail requested, and typically start at $50.00 per search.
