APPEALING PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENTS Rapidly declining prices in many neighborhoods have many people thinking about challenging their tax assessment. One of the factors needed for this process is a current property appraisal. We  can provide a high quality, unbiased, fully-supported appraisal analysis report. This is a key componenet in the process and should be done by an experienced and ethical appraiser, because it will likely be highly scrutanized and reviewed by the Board of Revisions and their experts.

FEES Fees vary, depending on the complexity of the assignment , and are based on the time and effort needed to meet your needs and intended use. Appraisal fees for conforming homes, requiring simple reporting are typically, start at $300 within our Primary Counties and $350 in the Secondary Counties. Appraisals of complex properties are more time consuming and will be quoted on an individual basis. Likewise, fees for a limited analysis requiring only simple reporting are lower than those of traditional appraisals, and will also be quoted on an individual basis. Please contact us for a fee quote.
